We're back to a regular schedule following Christmas:

We'll bring supplies to help you learn how to knit but feel free to bring any craft you want. We welcome people of all levels.

As always we welcome all people doing any craft at all skill levels. 

Christmas Lights

We're working on a really cute group project at the moment, we're knitting a set of Christmas Lights. We saw the lights first on Purl City Yarns Facebook page and they looked really great. As we couldn't go to Manchester to see them in their shop window we decided to knit a set for Torquay windows.

This is the pattern that Purl used and here is a crochet patten for a similar light. We're knitting them with leftovers, topping them with a dark green and joining them together. At last count we had nine and we're hoping for twenty. If you pop along to any of our meetings in the next week or so we'll have materials for you to make one. They are super simple and very sweet.

Both meetings welcome all crafts (at least all the ones that you can comfortably carry and set up in a cafe) and people of all abilities. You can work on your own projects but we also have yarn available for people who want to help us make a string of Christmas lights.
